There are Out to Rob you
Took a substantial amount of money and not delivered ANYTHING on what was promised. Caused immense amount of stress and heartache to an elderly couple, didn’t pay their workers as well. JB and Sharon will form a new company and carry on looting people.BEWARE!

Fraudsters and Crooks
took all my money, been threatened, been verbally abused. Worse company i have ever dealt with. and all i have to show for it is a shell of a wooden pergola which is now rotten due to the delays on site and rain.

Worse experience ever
This company is a fraud the owner JB is a croock, he will come to you desperate for a deposit promising to start the project on that week and says it will take 3 days to complete the project so that he can buy material he goes and runs off with your money. Gives the phone to his rude bad mannered wife to talk to clients like its his kids. I have taken my child to hospital due to the poor workmanship and the hanging wood over our heads n left wood lying all over the place. He lies everyday about coming and keeps coming up with lame exuses but never pitches. He is not to be trusted i even openned a criminal case against him for theft and the pain i experienced due to him

Non Delivery of Product/Service
I received a quote from Dizine Creations in August for a pergola that they were going to build on my property. The price quoted was R14 000 odd. I paid the deposit of R10 000 on 21 August 2020 and informed that installations would take place the following week. The following week we experienced 3 cloudy days and I was contacted and told they could not install because 'it was raining heavily'. The next week, I was told one of their vehicles broke down and it would be delayed by yet another week. Last week the team pitched up and installed the 'skeleton' of the structure. I was told they would return 2 days later to complete - they didnt pitch and the installation is not finished. I was told, upon enquiring, that some of the materials can not be sourced. I have never in my life experienced service like this before. Stay clear of any business with them.
