Non Delivery of Product/Service

I received a quote from Dizine Creations in August for a pergola that they were going to build on my property. The price quoted was R14 000 odd. I paid the deposit of R10 000 on 21 August 2020 and informed that installations would take place the following week. The following week we experienced 3 cloudy days and I was contacted and told they could not install because 'it was raining heavily'. The next week, I was told one of their vehicles broke down and it would be delayed by yet another week.

Last week the team pitched up and installed the 'skeleton' of the structure. I was told they would return 2 days later to complete - they didnt pitch and the installation is not finished. I was told, upon enquiring, that some of the materials can not be sourced.

I have never in my life experienced service like this before. Stay clear of any business with them.
