My husband and I went to Telkom the glen to purchase a WiFi router not knowing that the sales consultant was not interested in making a sale with us. Instead he sent us to Eastgate branch after confirming that eastgate has got the stock. I then asked him to contact eastgate branch to confirm that what he has on his system is in fact true. He refused to help and claimed that he cannot contact eastgate branch. I complained that I cannot be driving up and down because he was not sure about anything. I'm disgusted by his lack of willingness to assist buying customers. We then went to eastgate just to find that they too don't have stock of sim cards, but the consultant Marcia was kind enough to take a moment to think & suggest that we subtract amount for the sim card and bill for the WiFi router (which is in stock at the glen) since their branch too did not have the sim cards. Vukani from the glen failed to provide us with any service and I will not be going to the glen branch again even though its 5minutes away from home. Utterly disgusted that Telkom has employees who do not want to work.
