Terrible service!! You order something, it doesn't get delivered, write emails, they don't get answered. When you phone them, they feed you lies. Still no package after 14 days!! Don't buy from this place, just save yourself the trouble!!!
NEVER EVER use PAXI Courier services. I have been waiting for a month for something I ordered from the Eastern Cape and now they cannot tell me where is my parcel or when I will get it. Absolute **** service!!! They are worse than the SA Post office! Stay away from this company!! Wish I could let the owner know how his company is ****ing up, and notify him that I will let everyone know not to use their service, but of course you can only get a customer service email address.
Horrible business, bad ownership, steals your money, makes you wait and F*&^ you around for days. Gives bad secondhand parts that does not even work!! Don't do business with this guy!! You will only regret it!!
I am absolutely disgusted with the service I received from your glasfit menlyn branch. I had a break in on my car a while back and put a insurance claim through to fix the window that was broken. Santam referred me to glasfit menlyn to fit the new window and replace the smash and grab film. I took my car in and the window was replaced together with the smash and grab film. I was told to not open the window for 48hours. After 52Hours I opened the window for the first time. The window opened fine, but upon closing, I noticed that the window closed skew and a crack sound came from the window hitting the top bracket. I called Glasfit and they asked me to come back so that they can check it out. I also noticed scratches in the smash and grab from the window opening and closing. Upon arrival at glasfit, they opened the brackets and noticed that the window was fitted skew. The one guy also, after asking why the smash and grab was scratched, had a look and noticed that there was a piece of the bracket which keeps the window in place, was bent and scratching the smash and grab film. He said to me that they might have missed this when they replaced the window. So when they replaced the handle bracket, I noticed the guy fastening it was not looking where he was *****ing in the ***** and was talking to someone and not looking at what he was doing. After a while I saw him with a long nose plier fidgeting in the hole where the ***** was to be *****ed in. Upon completion of their work, I inspected the window and asked the guy what they are going to do about the scratches on the smash and grab film. At this point I noticed that the guy that was "blindly" turning in the *****, *****ed it in through the door handle bracket and straight onto the body. He was obviously trying to cover his mess by going in the ***** hole with a long nose plier and making it look like it was like that. I spoke to the guy (I think the manager) there and showed him the mess. He walked away (In a ****ed off manner) and told me that they will be ordering the handle bracket and replacing the smash and grab film. I got a message that the handle bracket has been discontinued and they will be sourcing it from a place in pretoria north. After a few days I contacted the one guy at Glasfit and asked him for a status on the handle bracket. He informed me that they did send me a message, which I never receive, that the handle bracket has been sourced and I can come in and they will be replacing it and the smash and grab film. I went in this morning and had it done. Upon completion of the work I inspected the window and noticed scratches and a spot that looks like dirt stuck between the film and the window (Unfortunately it is a bit difficult taking a picture of that). I also noticed that the "second hand" handle bracket is loose and not fitted flush like the previous one they destroyed. I called the guy (I think the manager) and showed him this. He instructed one of the other guys that work for him to have a look. While this was happening, I asked the guy "what does it take to get some decent service from them and quality work". He started blaming me, telling me that I took the door bracket off to see what was going on and *****ed it up. Now at this time I was already livid. When I phoned them complaining that the window wasn't closing correctly, I told them that I opened the window and it was going up skew. Not Opened the door bracket!!!! I don't work on my own car, ever! So I would never take off any bracket. So after that I went to go have a look at how the guy was doing that was instructed to see why the handle bracket is not flush and fastened to the door bracket. I noticed that there was only one ***** holding the handle bracket to the door bracket, and the other holes was filled with fresh (I think glue of some sort) to try and hold the handle bracket to the door bracket. I asked the guy working on the brackets where the other *****s are and maybe that is the reason why the handle bracket is not properly fasted to the door bracket. He replied to me saying "I don't know, I am the 5th guy working on this same door bracket" He took a while looking for *****s to fit the handle bracket to the door bracket and eventually came back and started *****ing in the *****s, at which point I noticed he was turning the ***** through the handle bracket, and out the other side (Obviously not the right *****). Now at this point I was trying to keep myself from freaking out! I was so livid, I told the guy to just replace everything onto the car and I will speak to someone in charge of their branch. The workmanship is absolutely disgusting at Glasfit menlyn and I will never go back...ever!!! I am forced now to go look for a new handle bracket at my own cost, sourcing the *****s and replacing it myself!! The incompetency of the staff and managers getting angry with me because their staff cannot do a good job is not on!! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

<p>Never get your printing done at this place, extremely bad service, took 20 days to get the job done with allot of excuses where I could have done it in 2 days at another place. Also printed on Mat and not gloss like specified and cut in a hurry so not evently cut, white offcut on stickers. Quality is really bad. Did not want to return our money after we complained about the wrong print, Philip from head office is useless! Plain tardiness and extremly bad service!</p>
