I tried to get a quote for normal flyer printing for the company I work for. After I made the request for a quote, Someone from the head office called me and tried to sell their other products to me even when I told her i don't need it and only need the flyers. I still haven't received a quote for the item I was looking for.

I am receiving bad customer service and promises not kept I ordered 4 thesis books and paid the deposit of 50%,i was promised to get my books on Wednesday and since Wednesday I have been to the branch and told tomorrow yesterday same story and today I had to hand over the books to my PhD supervisors before my graduation next week Tuesday but at this rate I don't see that happening I so disappointed and irate

I needed 714 printouts handed a USB on Friday last week. Was told if will take too long it need to come back Monday. Sunday I sent an example of how I needed it printed. Monday I called at 9am. I was informed to call back. I did was told that my printing will be ready at around 13:30. I then received a call from a gentleman to explain the problem they were experiencing. But they reassured me that it would be done. Then at 10:54 I get a WhatsApp because they were lazy to print individually each file they decided not to proceed with the job. What type of Company is Jetline who only seeks the easy way out. They are not prepared to actually do hard work. They just want quick printing then they will take your job. anyway I went to Postnet DAINFERN. In less than 3,5 hours Anthony printed 714 files for me. What an amazing 🤩 star ⭐

The worst service experienced today from Shirley in the Sandown 135 Rivonia Road branch. She should not be dealing with customers at all.

If you ever want to get bad service and be overcharged for scanning and e mailing, pay a visit to Jetline Fourways Mall. And if you complain you can be rest assured that the owner will not even bother responding. They have a massive shop that you see empty most days so I would assume *********** the public to pay the rent is the only way they can cover their costs.

Martin from Jetline Alberton is such a legend. I came in needing rush jobs for my wedding, and Martin and the team pulled it off in an impressively short amount of time. Can't recommend enough. Thanks very much for helping me avoid my first domestic with my (now) wife. 😅
