I spent over four hours at this facility undergoing several tests—including ECG, blood work, and x-rays. While the tests were medically necessary, I was not informed of the costs beforehand. One test had to be repeated due to a nurse’s error, further extending my time there. While waiting for Dr. Paulsen—whose office is located at the front of the practice and doubles as the dentist’s reception—I was subjected to an extremely disruptive environment. Dr. Matseke Naka and her staff were loudly laughing, shouting, and talking with no regard for the sick patients present. When I politely addressed the noise, describing it as “irritating and unprofessional,” Dr. Naka responded by yelling at me. I offered a professional apology, which she accepted, but the overall conduct remained inappropriate and dismissive of patient dignity. I even suggested that if she believed I had been disrespectful, she could review the security footage, as there are cameras on the premises. To make matters worse, I received a bill exceeding R2000 only after the tests were completed and was told that there was nothing wrong with me. Dr. Paulsen could not supply the specialist’s name or appointment details. I eventually received a call from the specialist a week before the scheduled appointment to confirm the date, but I was unable to attend on 18 November due to prior commitments. This experience was deeply disappointing and reflects a lack of professionalism, empathy, and operational integrity—especially regarding cost transparency and patient respect.
I was offered a tuna donation by Bounty Foods and Care after raising a product concern. As the founder of two charitable foundations—VS Love and Grace Foundation and Jesus Feeds the Spirits and the Body (K2025169104)—I appreciated the gesture. However, I declined the offer after reviewing their POPIA clause. Their policy states that personal information will be retained for a minimum of three years and indefinitely thereafter for statistical purposes. This contradicts Section 14 of the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), which requires that personal data be destroyed or de-identified once the purpose has been fulfilled. Accepting a delivery from Bounty Foods means surrendering your personal information under these terms—whether you realize it or not. When I declined to share my personal details, the donation was withdrawn. If the offer was truly made in good faith, they could have allowed me to collect the goods without forcing me to compromise my privacy. Instead, the donation was conditional—tied to a clause that opens the door to long-term data retention and potential third-party access. This experience failed on all ethical fronts: transparency, genuine goodwill, and respect for consumer rights. I urge others to read the fine print. A donation should never come at the cost of your privacy.
I needed 714 printouts handed a USB on Friday last week. Was told if will take too long it need to come back Monday. Sunday I sent an example of how I needed it printed. Monday I called at 9am. I was informed to call back. I did was told that my printing will be ready at around 13:30. I then received a call from a gentleman to explain the problem they were experiencing. But they reassured me that it would be done. Then at 10:54 I get a WhatsApp because they were lazy to print individually each file they decided not to proceed with the job. What type of Company is Jetline who only seeks the easy way out. They are not prepared to actually do hard work. They just want quick printing then they will take your job. anyway I went to Postnet DAINFERN. In less than 3,5 hours Anthony printed 714 files for me. What an amazing 🤩 star ⭐
I played yesterday for 31/07/2025 for 4 minutes. Tried 3 games. Lost all my money. At one point my phone was hanging. Most of the games done don't even pay anything even if you increase your bets. Since I have been a client i have only ever lost money.
04/05/05 from Takealot ordered an extra-length minimalist camp cot and playpen and an extra-length latex bay bamboo mattress for the cot as a gift for the baby shower on 1/06/05. When the cot was opened to set up for inspection, a smelly odor was detected, and on further investigation, it was evident that the new cot was a used cot and that it was not even cleaned. This Company is selling used, dirty, vomit-covered cots as new. and Takealot is declining refunds in favor of this Company. Must be family. Do not purchase baby products from them it is extremely dangerous for your baby's health.
04/05/05 Babywombworld Extra length Minimalist Camp Cot & Playpen R1,396 sold by Osmium and BabyWombworld Extra length HD Foam Premium Latex Baby Bamboo Mattress R799. Sold by Osmium. Both were for a gift for the expecting mother for the baby shower on 1/06/05. When the mother opened the gift, she found that the camp cot was used and not new, even though I paid for a new camp cot, and in fact the camp cot had baby puke and smelled extremely bad. Takealot had the audacity to FIRSTLY come and collect returns and say I qualify for a return. Then state that they will not refund even though they *****ulently supp**** secondhand products and I paid for new products. I think this is what Takealot has been doing. They are well aware that you will not collect the damaged or used product from the warehouse, so they will just wrap this up again and resell it to the next customer. This firstly violates the consumer protection acts. This is also unhygienic. How can you sell dirty and used baby products as new?

I made a hotel booking through them and in error i chose the wrong selection that did not include breakfast. I contacted customer services since they claimed on the website that you allowed to make changes to your booking but to my surprise they were very unhelpful. All of a sardine they pushed the blame on the Hotel. I contacted the Protea Hotel Marriot in Mafikeng and they said they would gladly assist me as this is a small error but since my booking is done with booking.com they will not want to recitify the mistake. They are not the most customer friendly company. They even require a full refund if you cancel. What utter bull. Such bully from a Company. Costing me R420 per for breakfast because they are impossible.
