Yesterday I had a burst pipe in my bathroom basin called the insurance company MiWay mi help and Amohelang who speedily sent a plumber and my problem was sorted out Amohelang spoke to me in a humble and professional manner she also called to find out if the job was well done She is an asset to MiWay company
I was admitted to the hospitals days tal in October for 11 days and the medical aid has not paid the physiothe******s each time I called they give me a run around I have the following to prove that I called GEM 34403545 MH 175779993 Query number 1225q40v8f The agents said the physio did not send the motivation and referral letter from the treating doctor which they sent twice and to date on payment
I am receiving bad customer service and promises not kept I ordered 4 thesis books and paid the deposit of 50%,i was promised to get my books on Wednesday and since Wednesday I have been to the branch and told tomorrow yesterday same story and today I had to hand over the books to my PhD supervisors before my graduation next week Tuesday but at this rate I don't see that happening I so disappointed and irate
MiWay Insurance is what a person should have They never let me down I have been with them since 2011 and they always proofs to me that I made a better choice for allowing them to be my insurance Today I was called by Clayton Joseph who explained everything about my claim He was very professional and helpful He explained everything in detail I will always recommend MiWay to family and friends
My son was a member of Virgin active in Jabulani Mall Soweto and three months ago the establishment closed and we have been trying to cancel membership to no avail I am the payer of the membership but despite the closure of the facility Virgin active continues to debit my account and I reversed the debit order now they are threatening my son and demands that he pay R,1200 at the time when he was not utilising the facility due to its closure they also threaten him to be blacklisted We can't afford to pay for something we did not use we are not expected to pay for services we never received
I have no internet connection since Friday and contacted the company on WhatsApp on Friday no response for the whole night since they sent a message that I was routed to an agent yesterday I wrote on their WhatsApp that I am still not sorted Mungwe sent a Ref number and said that I will be assisted within 24-48 hours I am still having no internet connection they sent me another reference number This is frustrating and poor customer service
I have a compact package with the company which consists of 3 decoders and I pay 594 via debit order and now in May they debited R 614 and I was told by the consultant that I had a short payment and that I will pay again R614 in June I don't understand how do I incur short payment when I am paying via debit order this is day light *******
I spoke with ***no requesting a downgrade of my package and she said I cannot downgrade because I am active and I told her I cannot cope with the current premium of R539 , can they downgrade me to R139 and I was put on hold she came back and said her team leader will assist and I should hold on the next minute my call was ended without having a resolution to my problem

I called clientele and I spoke to Itumeleng and had a discussion about the matter at hand and he took the contact details of the person I have issues with he needed her email address and I called to give him the email address and I spoke to Given who had an arguement with me when he wanted me to repeat what I discussed with Itumeleng and I asked to be put through to the supervisor and he refused and he said he was now a person assigned to him and I said I don't want him to be dealing with me because he is more argumentative other than being helpful
