Scammers
Scammers!! Anyone affiliated with them should pull out! Drivers always mess up food items in order to get free food. I donate for charity but this is just ridiculous!!! And Mr Delivery’s response? Nada. You don’t get your money back either. Uber Eats is fantastic! Every time the drivers mess up I have never had any issue getting a refund. Mr Delivery? Once bitten twice shy. The third time never again!!

Mr D now scams customers
I am livid. They are refusing to refund me without pictures. Their stupid app only allows for one photo to be taken, which I did. But the point is this. The driver comes to deliver my food, which was Burger King. The mofo opens the bag and the Mountain Dew is halfway spilled and all over my food and the rest of the contents in the bag which I am assuming are other customers items. I asked the driver to hold the cold drink and food in order to take a photo, which he refused. He even shouted at me what is my problem, you will anyway get the food replaced. What the idiot doesn’t understand is that without photos, Mr D simply won’t compensate one’s food and have it be replaced!!! So that person now gets free food that I paid for. This is not a friggin charity Mr D! I posted on their FB page as well. Another lady said that she ordered Nandos. It had still not been delivered the next day!! Whether she received it I didn’t follow up. But I really also think that FNB should reconsider their affiliation with them...

<div>*****DO NOT BUY FROM THEM***** They are****s. I paid for an Apple TV. They keep promising to refund me, but never do. When I went online into my account, it simply said that the item I purchased was deleted. Sent the screenshot, they replied that it was an honest mistake, and said that it would still be delivered. No tracking number was even available!! Now, their website is apparently under maintenance! I am so mad, I should have checked this site before buying with them!</div>
