<p>Owner of unit. Tenants phoning me complaining that they are paying but no maintenance when broken taps and not working ovens and much more like switching off Tshwane electricity like they please. I have contract with Infinitum to maintain the units. Now I want to remove my units and give to company who will honor agreement, but they put the phone down and will not return deposit money to tenants. They keep on giving the run around and not willing to open the gate to see them or take my calls. Lawyer letters are ignored and no responses from people working there.</p> <p>Don’t believe there is a Mr. Gregory Bouwer working there, but Nunthandi. Stay away from them</p>
