Absolutely shocking service!! Initially started the credit application process, decided to wait until January to make the purchase. No information stating that if you take a credit application out and decline it you cannot start the process again. After sending 3 emails with absolutely no follow up and trying the process again only to be told I have been declined and will only be able to try again in 6 - 12 month. Disgusting service. I won't be trying again in the future
<p>We bought a Maxed MXE 510 treadmill worth R4000 and has been giving an Error 2 code. After emailing and speaking to numerous people in different departments that just hand me over to the next without even trying to help. I have tried emailing ********** with no luck of the email even being delivered. Now I am sitting with a R4000 piece of equipment that I cannot even use because your staff have no sense of helping customers and going beyond to keep clients loyal!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Absolutely disgusting.</p>
