A pity there is no negative stars, I lodged a claim on the 13 March 2025 for a geyser that burst, to date it has not been resolved. But even worse than that, they just don't return your call. Just to think I have 7 products with them and this is how I get treated, well once this finally gets resolved I will be looking else where for my insurance needs.
The service received from Debbie is simply 5 star, the friendliness, the time it takes to resolve issues and the feedback are all top class. She is really an asset to yiur business
I have been receiving calls from your organisation for a while now and I keep referring them back to the company in question, I was even told that the "debt" was referred back to the company. Yet, the last three days at approximately the same time I have gotten calls from your Un-friendly consultants. When I start asking questions they either talk over you or hang up. Ask Kabelo and Nozi. The calls are recorded for quality purposes is a mute point.. Call me and discuss the issue, or better yet check your client notes and do the right thing.By the way I'am saying all this at the top of my voice as your staff are rude and empathy does not feature in their vocabulary
