<p>I purchased 2 underwear on the 09 april. Upon taking them home 1 was defective.i went in today 10 april for an exchange nd the manager was extremely rude nd refuse to do the exchange.i asked for customer care number nd when i called that number the person i spoke to told me to get the manager to call Fatima,when i return to the store manager said i must come back at 2 cause Fatima is on lunch. This is an inconvience as i had to wait for more than an hour. On the slip it states to retain slip for exchange. I am disappointed with the service i recieved. The manager is unprofessional n has an attitude.</p>
