We visited the New Shop at Phoenix Plaza and purchased clothing, which was extremely expensive. However, the items were necessary, so we proceeded with the purchase. The staff assisting with school clothing at the back of the store were very young. One female assistant appeared unwell and was visibly hostile; she responded angrily to every request we made. When we proceeded to the payment counter, the cashier was preoccupied with her cell phone while assisting us. We also needed to purchase shoes, so I asked my daughter to check for them at the back of the store while I approached the security guard. The security guard inspected the items in my bag, verified them against the receipt, and approved them. While my grandchild and I remained inside the store browsing bags, despite having already purchased one, a staff member at the counter accused me of attempting to ***** a bag. I immediately explained that my items had already been checked and approved by security and that I would never ***** from the store. This was the worst shopping experience I have ever encountered, as the conduct and attitude of the staff were entirely unacceptable.

Nu Shop in Pietermaritzburg hasn't paid the workers their UIF money. Not a cent. what is happening ? The workers submitted all necessary required documents in March

I bought a pair of flip flop in December 2017 from The Nu Shop in Vryburg Northwest. I returned the flip flop first week in January 2018. The flip flop is R399 a branded make but of very poor quality. I ended up getting another pair but diffrent color. Yet a week later returning it due to same issue. On returning it they promised within a week from the day I will get a better pair. It's been 1month and 2 weeks I'm still waiting for the flip flops. I asked to be refunded my money back so I can buy from another shop. But they refuse!!

<p>I purchased 2 underwear on the 09 april. Upon taking them home 1 was defective.i went in today 10 april for an exchange nd the manager was extremely rude nd refuse to do the exchange.i asked for customer care number nd when i called that number the person i spoke to told me to get the manager to call Fatima,when i return to the store manager said i must come back at 2 cause Fatima is on lunch. This is an inconvience as i had to wait for more than an hour. On the slip it states to retain slip for exchange. I am disappointed with the service i recieved. The manager is unprofessional n has an attitude.</p>

Recently i had a sail fitted to my bakkie after waiting two weeks several phone calls on the 11th of Feb i wen't to the shop to have it fitted the previous day they called it was ready but when i got there i waited 3 hours for adjustment at the end they put in a bow which was too big they ordered a new one which i only got today because of that my bakkie which is brand new is scratched all round if i can't remove those scratches with polish i will make it a legal matter
