Ice cream and waffles are very nice... But there have been too many times when I get there and am told that they have run out of batter or the batter is still frozen... I think this is bad service and bad planning. My husband and I got all excited for days thinking about it, only to arrive and the batter is frozen...
Good day, i would formally like to submit a complaint. i bought my car in April 2018, unfortunately due to my age i do not have a credit history, so my mother, has my car in her name and i am the seeded driver. When she was phoning around for quotes she was told by King Price that the basic excess was R15 000.00. that was it. i had an accident in May 2018. when i phoned to report my claim i was then told about excess for an accident within the first 3 months of having my car and extra excess due to my age. these extras were never disclosed with my mother. when i phoned Kind Price a few days later i asked why my policy documents were never sent to neither myself nor my mother (account holder), i was told its the clients duty to find the documents... this is total BS as my brother in law is with King Price and was sent his documents immediately. i then asked why we were never told about all the extra excess, i was told by King Price that the sales guys arent allowed to tell the customer this - as per the Consumer Act, ALL costs are supposed to be disclosed. after i had my accident the assessor did not contact anyone with the report. i asked King Price why they didnt contact me, i was told they contacted my mother because she is the account holder - THEY DID NOT CONTACT HER EITHER. next - i was not allowed 3 quotes when i asked for them. i was told they have to use the preferred panel beater so my car went to Atlantis Panel Beaters. my brother in law OWNS Major 2, who is also on your panel, do you not think i could have brought the costs down?! King Price NEVER kept me updated on how far my claim was, i had to phone and nag. i am highly annoyed with the service i received from King Price! Fortunately Atlantis Panel Beater has been good to me on your behalf. You dont deserve any stars!
<p> I took my 4 month old Jack Russell to Oakdene Vet yesterday morning as she swallowed a bee and just collapsed. The woman that checked my puppy couldn't find anything so she said that its no charge. </p> <p>We were very prepared to pay our fees but she had said no charge as she couldn't help us.</p> <p>This morning i switch on my phone and immediately there's a voicemail telling me i owe them R800.00.</p> <p>The phonecall came from a man.</p> <p>Obviously this is a lack in communication with the admin. </p> <p>After a small argument i said i will be taking my animals else where as this man was demanding the money even after i said the woman vet said no charge.</p> <p>He very rudely said "fine, do what you want"</p> <p>There has never been a complaint about this clinic, but their admin and communication is utterly shocking, along with the attitude when asking people for money.</p>
