Excellent Service
I have used Oakdene Vet for many years and my fur babies have always been well cared for by Dr Lewis. He has always taken the time to explain things to me and has always been supportive and very helpful. Claudia at reception is always helpful and makes the experience more comfortable when attending to the fur babies health issues. Many thanks to Dr Lewis and the team!

Excellent Service
I have used Oakdene Vet for many years and my fur babies have always been well cared for by Dr Lewis. He has always taken the time to explain things to me and has always been supportive and very helpful. Bad services
When I got there with my puppy it was great service. Then 2day no record to see what was wrong with my puppy 3rd day morning got there and she deid of gastro when I wanted to talk to the Dr he started to attack me blaming me for everything did not even give me chance to say anything. When I eventually got to ask where the record is he said I will do it now. Do not take your animal there really really bad service and attitude there

Bad services
When I got there with my puppy it was great service. Then 2day no record to see what was wrong with my puppy 3rd day morning got there and she deid of gastro when I wanted to talk to the Dr he started to attack me blaming me for everything did not even give me chance to say anything. When I eventually got to ask where the record is he said I will do it now. Do not take your animal there really really bad service and attitude there

Dreadful attitude
<p> I took my 4 month old Jack Russell to Oakdene Vet yesterday morning as she swallowed a bee and just collapsed. The woman that checked my puppy couldn't find anything so she said that its no charge. </p> <p>We were very prepared to pay our fees but she had said no charge as she couldn't help us.</p> <p>This morning i switch on my phone and immediately there's a voicemail telling me i owe them R800.00.</p> <p>The phonecall came from a man.</p> <p>Obviously this is a lack in communication with the admin. </p> <p>After a small argument i said i will be taking my animals else where as this man was demanding the money even after i said the woman vet said no charge.</p> <p>He very rudely said "fine, do what you want"</p> <p>There has never been a complaint about this clinic, but their admin and communication is utterly shocking, along with the attitude when asking people for money.</p>
