I bought paint from Heritage paints. The POS machine timed out and the salesperson then used another POS machine to complete the transaction. When I got home, I noticed that thevtransaction was duplicated though I only received 1 SMS.. I phoned Heritage and told them I would get the transaction reversed by Tyme. I phoned Tyme and got ref nr CD-208810. I sent them proof if the duplicated transaction. I thereafter got regular sms'es from Tyme to say the matter would be resolved by 24 Dec. It is now past the 24th? Such a simple matter to resolve and you have all the proof? Not a good reflection on Tyme's query department. I have always been super happy with Tyme bank, until now. H
I am usually very happy with the Rain Wifi service. BUT My Wifi was disconnectd yesterday, even though there was enough funds in my account. No debit was collected. I subsequently PAID the amount due by credit card, using the Pay@link on my router. MY WIFI STILL HAS NOT BEEN RESTORED, EVEN THOUGH I HAVE PHONED THEM 3 TIMES AND SENT 3 EMAILS WITH PROOF OF PAYMENT.

We have been with Vodacom Fibre since 2018 and were happy customers. We are paying on a month to month basis and were offered a discounted rate for staying on a month to montht basis, which we thought was great. After completing the phone call we noticed our Fibre was non existent. The explanation given: because we renewed,it is regarded as a new contract and a new installation team will contact us within 5 to 7 days. (Our Fibre has been installed since 2018!) We have a business and will now be without internet for a week or more. What absolute crazy system is this!!!
I did an Interbank transfer from Nedbank to my Capic credit card on 1 Sep. The funds is still not reflecting, even though I provided them with proof of payment and numerous daily emails. Close your Capitec account, rhey can not even handle a simple inter bank transfer
Our bond is with Absa and we are paying more than R2,000 p mth on home insurance. We had a huge wind on Sunday and our window fell out of the wall, onto the pavement below. Absa's Claims portal does not work. The 08600 08600 number does not work. I jave emailed Hocclaims@absa.co.za since Monday and have now received 4 different reference numbers - ezch one saying that a consultant will contact us (which has not happened and we are siting with a hole in the wall. Ref C-25414183 Ref C-25437520 Ref C-25448501 Ref C- 2544878 We are at our wits end. We could get better insurance cheaper elsewhere, but were forced to take our insurance with Absa. If we do not get a response by the end of the working day, we will take action to have the problem fixed and claim it back (with lawyers costs)
Capitec debited my Absa account on 24 November to pay my Mercantile credit card. This payment is STILL not reflecting on my card - even though I have phoned them and emailed them proof. I am fed-up - I have had this credit card for many years and it has never been declined. Now it has - due to Capitec's systems not working
I went to Specsavers The Glen, as they advertised the 2for1 deal. I then found out, it is only if you choose a more expensive frame. . 1. I wanted to use my old frame, but the lady said it is not advisable, as I would pay the same whether I chose a new frame or used an old frame 2. I then chose the cheapest frame, as I wanted my medical aid to pay for it all. I had a choice of about 6 frames (**** poor - Clicks and Dischem has a bigger variety than Specsavers) 3. The lady then told me that my co-payment would be R500, as the medical aid would not pay the full cost. I paid a deposit of R250 and would pay the rest on collection. Hard coating of the lenses was R500, which is not covered by the medical aid. I told the lady that I do not want the hard coating, but was told I have to pay for it, it is not optional. I went to collect my glasses today and had to pay an additional R425 instead of the R250 as quoted. When I queried and received the invoice, I only now noticed that the total cost of THE CHEAPEST GLASSES at Specsavers, was over R1,900. This is crazy! NEVER will I support Specsavers again. I should have insisted on an invoice when I ordered the glasses instead of just believing the lady when she said a only had a co-payment of R500. If I went to any other optometrist, I would not even have had this payment, as I would not have been forced to take the hard coating. My mistake - but just be warned !
We have had 3 events at Little Neros. Fantastic breakfast, brilliant service and the staff and Gary were out of this world. Would give them the highest recommendation
We used Oakdene Vet recently to have our 17 year old doggie euthanized. They were amazing and cheaper than most vets in the area too. Will certainly use them in future
