The ABSA ATM in Salt Rock did not give me my cash and just stated Due to a technical error but yet the money has been deducated. I have a case number sms to me only after I phone 6 times to get help. They said I was supposed to get an email but I did not. I then put more money in and withdrew from a standard bank atm right next door and the money paid out fine. But I want my initial amount refunded. This is not the right time of year and a bank is supposed to protect your money not steal it. It has been a week now and they say they will get back to me when the ATM people go to the ATM. It is in a very busy area and I know they been there more than once by now. If they do not refund I will have to open a case of theft and get the cctv footage from the garage which will take even longer and cause more headaches on both sides.
Bought shares a long time ago and everytime I wished to selll I was told to wait. Now 3 years later they no longer even bother to respond to my mails.

Straight to the point here.

Moved over to MTN due to having better signal in my area. A small issue which you get used to is all the advertising they spam you with but like I said you tend to ignore it after a while.

I had some active data bundles but also bought a sky bundle which gives me unlimited data, they are not cheap but they help me when travelling. As soon as the other bundles expired my sky bundle does not kick in like it used to, leaving me without data on my phone for the last 8 days. I have called 173 and there is absolutely no way to get through to a call centre agent unless you lie and pretend to first be calling about a sim swop.

So now 8 days later, lost business due to this and there is no way to speak to an agent, is that not theft?

My sky bundle expires soon so I am expecting a refund on something here since I have not been able to use it and have been forced to buy more data bundles in the meantime.
