After been sold an upgrade on my wifi fibre line, the service has been down since the 5th aug only to be told a ticket is still pending and will be resolved by the 17th!! I have been shunted from pillar to post! Wasted my airtime trying to get hold of your call centers and now await a phone back from senior executive agent within 24 hours!! Telkom your service STINKS!!!
What a awesome experience from Craig and his team. This is the 3rd time we have used Rapid Dawn and the service just gets better!! Their product is outstanding... I would highly recommend Rapid Dawn..well done keep up the good service, value for money and professionalism.
<p>On 14 Jan 2017 we contacted AC appliances to come.check our dishwasher and microwave .. keeping in mind they are the recommended by a large retail store as the preferred service/repair provider. After paying R680 call out fee..they take our appliances... 4 weeks and R2200.00 later..appliances returned... NOT working after their invoice states they had replaced parts... well it's now nearly 3 months later and I'm STILL getting rubbish stories about waiting for parts!!!! Their service is the WORST I have experienced... LG, Smet, Sharp, etc you should reevaluate AC appliances as your preferred service provider.. their service is shocking!!!</p>
