Ive been an FNB client for about 15 years and currently a private client. Recently had a bond approved through FNB which was great but to get FNB to send the "Proceed" to the bond lawyers who were appointed by FNB seems to be impossible - according to HL Attorneys at FNB there is a back log. If the FNB doesnt send the proceeds by 9am tomorrow I stand a chance at either loosing the option to buy the house or could end up costing me tens of thousands of rands in occupational rent etc!! If I dont get this info by 9am tomorrow its likely I will cancel my accounts with FNB. This is the LAST time im going to ask nicely after 5 phone calls today with no help!! ref 3000 015 268 548
