I'm writing this review as a warning to others: stay away from the fury Mazda Midrand I had the misfortune of visiting. I paid for a service, but their machine declined the transaction, yet they still managed to take my money. The bank confirmed the amount was credited to Mazda's account. When I went to dispute this, the service manager's behavior was appalling. He was rude, unprofessional, and even cursed at me. Unbelievable. As a customer, I was treated like garbage. This experience was the worst I've ever had at any service center. I'll never buy another Mazda, and I'll make sure to tell everyone I know to avoid them too. Poor customer service, lack of accountability, and greed - this is not how you treat customers. *UPDATE:* If you're looking for a reliable and respectful car service experience, keep looking. *FURY MAZDA MIDRAND* is a complete disappointment.
