<p>This medical policy do not pay any investigation costs for example, colonoscopy, gastroscopy or if they have to do tests to see what is wrong with patient. This is not disclosed in their wording. The personell cant even show you where it is noted in policy. They never phone you back to give you feedback. Have refer matter to Ombudsman.</p>
