When i try to create a new beneficiary or pay a new beneficiary, the system advises that a verification request has been sent to the app on my verification device, but no verification is ever forthcoming, and i am advised that ABSA's messaging system is not working. This has been the case for many months, and I always have to go through the "resend" process 3 times and wait the 1 minute until it allows me to generate a code on the app. I have reported this to ABSA three times and I have received an acknowledgment advising that ‘We promise to be in touch soon with a personal response’, but no contact with me is ever made and no reply ever received.
Parcels dispatched from Hong Kong in February 2020 were couriered up to entry into South Africa, where they were then handed over to SA Post Office for delivery and collection of import duties. The items have not been delivered and I cannot get any response from my local post office, from SA Post Office tracking services or from SA Post Office customer services.
I redeemed my accumulated Asia Miles in February 2020 in exchange for some of their products, but the products have never been delivered, despite the Asia Miles having been deducted from my account. I have on numerous occasions queried this with Cathay Pacific and with their courier service, but do not get any reply other than "it has been referred for investigation".
A Mudslinger s****** is well made, easy to use and fun for the whole family. I am 68 and look after the maintenance of a housing estate, and just love the convenience of using the s****** to zip around the estate - beats walking and is so much quicker. Aftersales service from Stuart is tops.
