RETURN POLICY SUCKS AT ZANDO ! I've been waiting for two refunds since they were submitted end of April and beginning of May. I called your call center 3 times with a followup email to be told, "I have checked your account and can confirm that two separate refunds were completed." That's all your call center and customer service people know what to say. I've checked my bank account and called my bank and both confirm no such refunds have been made.Shopping at another online store is the least what I will do now. Small claims court is also around the corner. Absolute nonsense that you do not take care of your customers!
