Reported my wi fi connection off on Saturday, was told my computer hut box must have blown. How? They didn't check . I had it for a month and it's not directly connected to plug. And we always take our plugs out during load shedding. Even so , I was told someone was going to be send out. The weekend passed, nobody came. Monday morning I called . The would call me back in 1 hour. After 16h00 hours I called again , they where going to call back in 5 min. I'm still waiting. Terrible customer service . And further more they charge R800 TO replace the box .mine " blew "twice in 2 months. Cheap Chinese make ..is this how they earn easy money?
Last week I tried to play lotto but ,facility was off line , and error message keeps popping up. Today I wanted to do internet banking , I had to upgrade my app for the second time in 2 months, furthermore, I had to take a selfie, which I did , but homeaffair s I either of line or cannot verify my pick . very frustrating as I don't have a branch in my town. When I do get to the branch I will definitely close my account
