I would strongly caution against doing business with this company. I placed an order for bricks and was asked by Johan to make payment via e-wallet. The funds were withdrawn, but the bricks were never delivered. Despite repeated follow-ups, I continue to receive empty promises and have yet to receive a refund. Recently, I was contacted by another individual who experienced a similar issue, which confirms this is not an isolated case. My advice: steer clear of this company.
⚠️ WARNING: **** ALERT – DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PIETERSE BUILDING BRICKS SUPPLIERS ⚠️ This so-called company operates on Facebook and demands full payment via e-wallet before delivery. Once the payment is made, they withdraw the money—and then vanish. No delivery. No updates. Just empty promises. I placed an order for bricks on Friday, 29/08/2025, and was told delivery would happen the same day. That never happened. Monday came—still nothing. I contacted them multiple times and was given excuse after excuse. Eventually, I demanded a refund. A man named Johan sent me what looked like a proof of payment—turns out it was ****. Since then, they've ignored all my calls and messages. They lie, they stall, and they ***** your money. As of today, 04/09/2025, I’m still waiting for either my bricks or my refund. I have received neither. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Total ****. Report them if you can, and don’t let others fall into the same trap
Ordered bricks and a lady by the name of Monique requested I send my order via whatsapp, which I did on a Friday and they confirmed that 2 pallets bricks will be delivered at my address. They requested payment (E-WALLET) which I then did, the money was withdrawn and I am still awaiting the bricks Monday morning. I requested a refund and await the funds to reflect in my account!!
<p>Debit order dates gets loaded wrong and not in pay date range then penalty of R250.00 eft made 28 February. then they said no debit order rejection fee so subscription + debit order rejection fee for march R660.00 i said ok They debit my accoyunt 15th of March i called them told them not pay date i reversed the debit order of 15 March, then the debit order of R597.00 went off for March 25th now they cutt our service for 4 days but the debit order went off, i just get no positife service from them say i must wait 7 days for what i paid i am now tired of their bad **** service they just do what they want and i will take Legal action against them if this is not corrected they will be debiting my account for a double payment for april and march but March was paid ? what can i do i am sick of them</p>
