One number is truely fustrating and does not work. A marketing tools with no back up. Especially that the official store , and consultants are clueless on ther own products. I always did not like contracts due to issues and moved from MTN to Vodacom for a contract for my son. What a disater from the beginning, cluesless staff , days of back and forth. Good a Honor 400 Pro and needed to have a wearble watch with one number. At the end contract was cancelled as they gave me a top up which layer does not work and had to do application again for a full contract. Now 2 weeks of frustration the watch they said does not work with one number. They do not know what to do. Please train your consultants and have to cancell again . Vodacom is the not great or knowledgeable. For cancellation of a phone witch i have , i an sure vodacom will not change due to the worts info on One Number. Or fix it please and give training
Payflex the worst , rather learn how to do things from Just Pay Now.No response from them from last week. Phones lines do not work and no one answers. There seems to be a serious issue with there system. I have credit , cannot use it and says I have no credit , says account blocked. Numerous emails get no response .
Changed their name from Revix to Altify. That should have been alarms bells. After change , cannot get my money out , account suspended , many emIls from Dec 2023. No response, just standard will gwt back etc. Tried today , got the run around standard messages , which is basic cracp to keep yoy busy, Do your homework before you invest. Stay Away ,
Hi , I have been a loyal customer with an account for over 15 years. Bash app terrible. Wanted to purchase from @ home furniture to purchase a couch , hurry butterscotch . It was R19999-00 . Did online transaction last night on my app . Half on account and balance on my bank card. Transaction off line and cancelled for bank. Tried today afterwork only to find out it still says SALE on the couch but price is now R4000 more. Really is this a **** . Have so ethics and considerations . Bash or @ home will lose customers like this.
Hi , ordered on the 6 Oct, still no order after 11 days. Now received notice today it is leaving China. Delivery can be ages. No mention that items are from international suppliers. There address is listed in JHB. Stay away from this company. They are not honorable people.
Bad company , ALL THE POSSITIVE REVIEW ARE BY AMATEUR RIVIERA THAT ARE PAID TO GET THERE Ratings up. same as there ZEROPAY the have zero customer care and App is always broken. The longer it is broken the less you can view what you paying for, no statement system working for months. App is worst, Customer care knows less about finance .the more money they make by having the system broken. The old story people just pay to get it over.
They are clueless. The customer care does not answer email. APP The worst , even confirmed that still not working after months. Never generates statements. This is to trick you so that you cannot see anything or what is happening. Note that app does not update after payment. And if you want to settle , then dies not give an icon to pay. What a joke. More frustration and totally ******* as per NCR. The manual way to pay now is to EFT. It's a joke. Also same issue , I made the payment and still charge the R125. They cannot even provide me the T& C term clause. App is a joke. Its like this for months. Worst company and App. Nothing works. Customer care consultant have little to no training . Don't by on 14 of the month because you will be asked to pay at the month end first payment . NOT 30 DAYS BUT 16 DAYS LATER
Utterly unreliable. The loading off to master jam started with the problems, you book for two with a 8 year old. No space , minor had to sit alone on the bus on one seT and me on another. Bus driver got lost, did not know were to drop off, no pick up afterwards, run aroundd in the dark with 8 year old. Then on the way back driver asks me direction to the drop of place. Staff , cannot understand there own directions. I do maps , and surveying for a living, so directions is my fortei. Never again.
Online credit , useless. Took 4 weeks for approval. After that the promotion was already ended by that time. Constant call as there is absolute zero feedback. Specials indicate 30 % on the Breen Zambesi whiskey with photo. Next add shows the same couch at R38999 . When ordering online , price is R51999. So they try Rob you . Not stock in store and not allowed to sell floor units but no stock on promo. The old tricks which just leads to more distrust in this company. No response either. Let's see
One can only say incompetent customer care and trf money account . Better training or understand there own products would be better. I am an existing client but need to purchase at coricraft using the ftg money account. Online application done over a week ago , after numerous calls to customer care and messages and emails as requested . Send all docs , statements and ID to email as per message .
