Ordered items in excess of R2000 in May 2021 and as of now in September 2021 they have not arrived. I believe they might be a scam. As they are not willing to give me a refund, yet can't track where my parcel is.
<p>On Sunday 2 April 2017 I was involved in a motor vehicle accident in my Honda CRV on the motorway where a vehicle went into the back of my vehicle.</p> <p>On Monday 3 April Honda Sure provided me with a claim number and details that the vehicle was being assessed, and sms updates. Unfortunatley this was the last time I recieved any positive feedback.</p> <p>Following countless calls to the call center and being sent from one operator to the next with numerous promises to call me back nobody could give me any information as to what was the status of my vehicle claim.</p> <p>Only today 25 April after insisting on being spoken to and the notes of the claim read to me, was I able to establish the vehicle will be repaired. </p> <p>Apparently Honda Sure has migrated my policy to Hollard as of March 2017 and the terms of the policy have changed, without informing me of the changes.</p> <p>I have lost all faith in the Honda brand and associated products.</p>
