Quality Services
Our company has been using the services of Universe Direct for many years and I can attest that it is always of the highest quality. Their sales team and in particular the speed of response from the account manager Ruedi Trichardt is quite often faster and matches our request better than any other account manager I deal with at other competitive suppliers of similar products. I will recommend Universe Direct for supplying excellent pre and post-sales service of refurbished computer infrastructure at competitive pricing.

Superior service
<p>Recently I had the pleasure of engaging with a Retentions Consultant named Shamanie Pillay. She provided me with a phenomenal service. I can definitely say that she is a tribute to Discovery Insure and is certainly a huge benefit to the organisation. Her very friendly and well spoken demeanour ensures that the client whether angry or not is dealt with in a professional manner and her obvious knowledge of the company and its Insurance products made for an enjoyable and most pleasant experience for me. I believe she should not only be praised for her service excellence but hopefully also remunerated for it as well. Thank you very much Sharmanie Pillay.</p>
