Absolutely one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Their website is a nightmare to navigate and once you place an order no feedback is given. They are full of excuses when you try contact them. No phone details only an email which they respond on a week later... They are rude, arrogant and non-caring. Stay away from this company and dont use them on Takealot either!
<p>On Wednesday 19 April 2017 I logged a claim at Regent for a policy I took out when I bought my car in 2012. This policy is for claims regarding scratches and dents, and I have never claimed anything before.</p> <p>On their claim 'process' it states that once you log the claim online a consultant will be in contact with you within 24 hours to supply you a reference number which your claim will be linked to before you can proceed further.</p> <p>It has now been 7 days and still no call from a Regent consultant to supply me a Ref Number.</p> <p>Seeing as I am paying R112.00 each month - and have been doing so since 2012 I find the service from Regent absolutely shocking. The most frustrating is that seeing as I took this insurance policy out when buying my car the policy is paid through MFC and to stop it is a mission as well.</p> <p>I want to know from a manager in the claims department why no attention has been given to my claim and why I, as a paying customer, is conveniently ignored???</p> <p>I also want to know what the process is to end my policy for the Adcover as I don't see the benefit in paying someone to ignore me.</p> <p>Waiting to see if I will get any response from this post...so let's see.</p> <p>J de Villiers</p>
