Name & shame. I usually just let things slide but on principle I feel like I need to warn people by making this go viral. I purchased a Chichen coop at Cat Box hyper in Ballito for R7 766 in July this year, within two months, everything was falling apart. The wood was breaking apart. The foundation at the top caved in, the entire Chichen coop was falling to pieces with 1 Chichen only occupying it at night. The response : No responsibility as no warranty on unit. Didn’t even bother to send someone out to look at the unit. I contacted head office and the same response. Shocking. For that amount of money, you’d expect quality… #catboxhyper
<p>Packed bags and excitement with head to the airport at 5am for and 8am flight to Mauritius. We check in and spend 3 hours at airport, arrive at the boarding gate and as we all stand waiting to board the much anticipated flight to Mauritius we are told that there are no cabin crew and we need to wait 30min. Ok no problem we all thought, then after 45min we received no communication. After an hour and a half we were told that the flight is canceled. But those on business class will get bumped onto the next flight. So for those flying on domestic flight sorry for you! Regardless the 2nd flight was canceled too. No communication or solution offered to us other than "collect your luggage and your holiday has no been canceled" you can try another airline but they are all over booked. Off we go home with packed bags and tears in my sons eyes... </p> <p> </p> <p>im speechless. Now I'm trying to get a refund off course but getting passed on as usual...</p>
