On May I applied for a cellphone contract over the phone, I found the contact details at Facebook and decided to apply. I was called, an application was made and at the end of the application i was told it is declined. To my suprise end May a debit order of R159 went through and again on June they also took my money. I am warning everyone to stay away from these bunch of scams.
Good morning. My name is Tshepiso Ledingoane. For few months i have been collecting my monthly medication at clicks pharmacy. At first i used to get an sms notification but out of the blue it stopped. Few weeks ago i went there and i was assisted by Bonolo Ntshweng who told me that they only have 30 Navalpro tablets and i must come to collect another 30. I asked her why arent they having stock , because my script is always at the pharmacy but i didnt get an accurate answer. I paid my pills and left. I waited for the sms for few weeks, i went back to the pharmacy yesterday and this time i was helped by a different pharmacist. To my suprise my pills were not there in the cabinet. I waited and waited while he looked around. Bonolo then came and started to ask me few foolish questions, why didnt i bring the previous package of pills with me to see what she wrote on the box the previous time. Apparently the box was written TF30 and i could have brought it with. I then told her that but you helped me the previous time and you suppose to know better she looked at the other pharmacist and laughed and walk away, without any apology or whatsoever. I felt horrible because some how i felt that because of the medication that i am taking she knew my condition and chose to treat me like a lunatic. Thats how exactly i felt...After a long time i got my pills and decided to take my script forever. I still feel that if i was a woman this could have been handled differently with dignity and remorse. However I am not going back to Brits Clicks Pharmacy anymore.
My name is Tshepiso Ledingoane. On the 16th of January i withdrew money from an atm but there was a sudden network related problems. My card came out but the money didnt, my phone then notified me that a R1000 came out of my account. I stood at the atm for a very long time for almost 2hrs and no one came after to withdrew money because the atm then said it was out of service. I went to the bank(Capitec Wonderpark) a investigation was lodged in with a reference number(79959914). I was told to wait for 30 days. Yesterday i spoke to a consultant at a call center asking him how far is the matter. He told me that the investigation is rejected and closed. I wasnt told anything, i didnt get any call or any feedback. I am so dissapointed and disgusted of capitec service. This is not the first horrible experience i had, my partner decided to switch banks because of Capitecs worst service. I am also going to switch my acc to a better. A bank that will take my frustrations into consideration.
