Bad customer service
<p>I would like to log a Complaint against Ackermans Randfontein Tambotie mall. They sms'ed me and told me I am specially selected for an Ackermans Account card. I went to the Ackermans in Tambotie mall in Randfontein,I took my I'd book and 3 months bank statements with me. So the guy there took it and came back with a copy of my I'd and told me they will call me. He didn't even ask my number and was rude. Bad Customer Service!!! I emailed them and until now I didn't even get a reply..</p>

Huisgenoot not paying
<p>Hi</p> <p>My name is Wynand Kaltwasser.</p> <p>I would like to write a complaint for Huisgenoot Magazine. I sent an original joke to their E-mail,which they published in the 6th of April 2017 Edition.</p> <p>In the magazine they say if they publish your joke,they pay you R50 per joke. Until now I haven't received payment. I also E-mailed them about 4 times to find out what's going on. They just don't reply.</p> <p>Please help me HelloPeter.<br />Thank you</p>
