Been months evertime write hello peter then they respond so that they look good and look at customers complaints then behind in private nothing hapens again this bank is horible and dishonest reply we are looking at your complaint then nothing they are posting just for the people to see and then do nothing dishonest
Since my first transaction went of my bank account on 25 October two months later just games. Evertime u lock a hello peter few days later a email if u lucky or n miscall from old mutaul but nothing further. The last email I received says online transaction but I never used this merchant and not my transaction then they say send us details were u spoke to them how can I contact a merchant if I don’t know who it is and the bank don’t supply details to contact them om bank is my bank and allowed these transactions so why don’t the follow it up with merchant and find out who owned the acount who did the shopping etc worst bank ever
Transactions was reversed on my account in August 2025 was adviced if it go off again contact us and we will reverse it again multiple emails send to ***** department no responce horrible service
On 23 October I reported ***** Lauanda called me on 4 December to advice since I locked complaint on 23 October I will receive my funds back 45 days from I reported and up to date no money back received email today from theire complaint department don’t know why I wrote a complaint as my things was finilized but nothing was closed.everyday difrent story stay away from om bank as you will just loose your money
Worst bank ever. Last month reported transactions and last week after long waiting period was adviced my carts will be stoped and transactions wil be charged back so i paid over money to my acount as cards is stoped so my debit orders can go off but guess what cards not stoped and as soon as money was paid in to my acount transactions went off and when u wright a complaint on hello peter get a rude message they are working on it then weeks no reaponce stay away from them as this will happen to u to
Been trying weeks now to get hold of finance department to make an payment arangement in stead of going under debt review as i would rather pay them direct to settel my acount with no assistance
Stay away from OM Bank had ***** on my acount received email on 29october with questions today asked a follow up sory did not check email yet how do they allow ***** on your acount then no help at all i asked them to get info from merchant to see who’s acount the money was send to as it was online purchases nothing they run away and dont respond stay away from OM Bank u will loose your money.dumbest move i ever made. Next step cart blance and banking ombud

Horrible company lost a box with exspencive pots broke frige and freezer legs off damage chairs. Dont respond to emails or give ****** property back and when u email and they finaly awnser dont respond to ****** goods. Will never use them again. Opening a ***** and theft case tomorow as the branch manager plays games for a month now.
Joined Om bank and the first months was ok bow this month 3 transactions went of my acount logged a dispute via banking app and received message will be contacted in two days on day 3 no contact asked on chat no awnser so stay away money disapear and no comunication
