Disgraceful Customer Service
<p>What disgusting customer services from Afrhost. <br />After talking to a guy named Dowayne regarding my issue last week he said he would get back to me and nothing as yet. <br />I am just appoled by how Afrihos treats their paying customers! I have a serious problem and they dont give a ****! <br />Not only do they make you wait to talk with a consultant, but when someone answers their phone they put you on hold and then hang up. <br />After waiting 20 minutes to talk to someone I finally got through, I had already explained my whole situation to one lady by the name of Kaclego then she said sorry you need to now go to another department, <br />which I was then placed on hold for 30 minutes before I ended the call.</p>
