<p>We have been promised a month tomorrow to have our chairs delivered.<br />Originally we dealt with Nick and more recently after many phone calls we’ve been dealing with Johan.</p> <p>When I first called to follow up I asked to speak to the manager but Johan informed me that the manager is not available. A few days later I asked to speak to the manager which Johan replied that I could speak to him.<br />If he is the manager this appalling service and disrespect to a client.<br />We have been promised delivery so many times with no calls to apologise for the delay. All contact has been by myself.</p> <p>On Tuesday I was told that my chairs will arrive at 2pm or for the latest by the following morning at 8am.<br />The following morning to no surprise the chairs did not arrive. At around 11am I called Johan to ask what had happened and again he promised that the chairs will be delivered by 2pm and he will be personally delivering them himself.<br />Around 3pm we actually received a call to say he is running late but he will deliver the chairs before 5. <br />I waited at the office till 5:30 and no sign of Johan.</p> <p>This morning I have tried 3 or 4 times to call your office but as usual no answer.<br />This service is absolutely shocking.</p> <p>How do you accept my full payment and I wait a whole month of empty promises on delivery of 4 chairs.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
