Fantastic service. I'm a really big man and ordered a specially made mattress. 5 working days from order to delivery and , wow, what a really nice mattress. My first one I bought in 2012 and that is still going strong.

Just a big thank you to the owner, Zelda, Anton and Bernadine of Factory Direct Beds in Port Elizabeth for the wonderful service we got from them. The came to our home and fetched our mattress (under warrenty and completely refurbished it. Thank you guys. Much appreciated.

After only a few months of purchasing an expensive mattress from this company in PE, the matress has collapsed , is uncomfortable to sleep on and causing back pain. Despite being loyal customers, Factory Direct Beds have however shown no interest in adhering to the guarantee given on purchase and have been incredibly unhelpful.

I DO NOT WANT TO RATE THIS BUSINESS!! Factory Direct Office Furniture are based in STRAND with their office 19 Kloof Street GORDONS BAY. ********** 026/ ********** 619 I placed an order with Nick and paid in full on the 3rd of December. Delivery guaranteed within 6 working days. Ever week was another excuse as to why delivery could not take place. Finally received an email on the 21st Dec stating that staff had just been paid and left - delivery would now possibly take place on the 27th December. As this order was Urgent and placed with guaranteed 6 working days delivery....I now had no other option but to cancelled the order, request a refund and order elsewhere - which I did and received my order on the 28th December (within 6 days). The dishonest runaround I have been given by Nick regarding the refund has been appalling!! The same story as with placing the order - bull****ter of the highest degree!! Payment has been made. No payment shows. Then payment has been made on Wednesday, no payment shows, Payment made Saturday, no payment shows! The bull****ting and runaround by this unscrupulous man is disgusting!! Beware!! Quick to take your payment-slow or no delivery. Nick - I would like my refund!! I have been given the runaround for a MONTH now!! I suggest you look for an alternate supplier - do not deal with this man!!

I ordered and paid in full for Office Furniture in September 2017. I was quoted a 6 day lead time. I paid a total of R6793 into the ABSA Bank Account. Since then I have had numerous promises by email to deliver but still nothing. They do not answer either of their phones and no one was at the address provided. <p>We have been promised a month tomorrow to have our chairs delivered.<br />Originally we dealt with Nick and more recently after many phone calls we’ve been dealing with Johan.</p> <p>When I first called to follow up I asked to speak to the manager but Johan informed me that the manager is not available. A few days later I asked to speak to the manager which Johan replied that I could speak to him.<br />If he is the manager this appalling service and disrespect to a client.<br />We have been promised delivery so many times with no calls to apologise for the delay. All contact has been by myself.</p> <p>On Tuesday I was told that my chairs will arrive at 2pm or for the latest by the following morning at 8am.<br />The following morning to no surprise the chairs did not arrive. At around 11am I called Johan to ask what had happened and again he promised that the chairs will be delivered by 2pm and he will be personally delivering them himself.<br />Around 3pm we actually received a call to say he is running late but he will deliver the chairs before 5. <br />I waited at the office till 5:30 and no sign of Johan.</p> <p>This morning I have tried 3 or 4 times to call your office but as usual no answer.<br />This service is absolutely shocking.</p> <p>How do you accept my full payment and I wait a whole month of empty promises on delivery of 4 chairs.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
