Attention Vodacom. I am trying to sort out a problem with my account. Every method of contact with your company ends up with a machine replying and it keeps telling me that I'm not the master account holder, which frankly is news to me since I've been the master account holder for 20 years now. How can I fix the problem if you won't let me speak to a person and keep rejecting my cell number?
The doctor is fine. I've been his patient for many years. The current receptionist bungled my appointment time on 2022/04/19. I have to drive 40km to get to the Dr's rooms and petrol is not cheap. Now I have to go back on 2022/04/20 because of incompetence and that means a total of 160km drive. I will have to report this incident to my medical aid.
On the 4th of November 2021, Burger King at Willow Drive double charged me for an order. I paid with my bank credit card and the next day noticed that they charge me twice for the order. Getting my money back seems to be a problem for Burger King because every email is replied to with more questions of which most are a repeat of the previous email. Now we wait and see if this will turn into a criminal case of card fraud.
I'm not a direct Metrofibre client but my fibre line is with them, however with the past 2 days network outage there was a total lack of communication. My daughter teaches online and she lost R2000 with every class she could not teach. That is a lot of money. We had to revert to taking out an LTE contract with another supplier. Please guys, this is unacceptable. There has to be some kind of back-up for people reliant on an income while using your services. Can you at least send a SMS with ETA and description when you have an outage

Useless beyond words. I called to have my fibre line released. Vodacom cancelled it but still have the line. The woman I spoke to was eating something while handling my call. She looked for a cancellation number that wasn't supplied to me for the cancellation. Now I'm stuck again in this eternal loop of call centre hell where a recording gives you options to pick and you never get to an operator.
I am a Vodacom Fibre customer. I'm paying for a 25/25 mps fibre line (uncapped). Worst decision ever. I want to cancel my month to month fibre line with Vodacom. Then line keeps dropping connection and runs very slow. They don't have any after sales service. If you call the call centre they play music and a recording asks you to press numbers and you never get to speak to a real person, nor is there any link to cancel on their website. Please Vodacom, tell me who I can speak to in connection with cancelling my fibre and moving to another ISP.

I have been in constant contact with the owner and he is always ready with a reason why he couldn't get to you and eventually why he couldn't repay you yet.
I recently visited Keg & Swan at Sunridge Village for the very first time. A few of us mere mortal are rather large people, like me (2m tall with a boeppens the size of a barn), so needless to say, seating is always a problem. On this day that was the reason I ended up in the fine establishment of Keg & Swan, Sunridge Village. I cannot say this enough ! First impressions last. The staff are friendly and efficient. The chairs are solid wood to sustain my petite walrus frame. I ordered a coffee shake and received heaven in a glass so I made it 2. Later when my wife and daughter joined ma, I ordered the eisbein. I almost ate the plate with it. It was just amazing. The overall atmosphere, the seating, the staff and the food is something you have to experience for yourself. To the management and staff, my congratulations and thanks for making a bad day good. I will most certainly be back.
I recently had the pleasure to do business with Ozzie's Home Depot in Jeffrey's Bay. In these troubled times it is hard to find people who smile, laugh and help their customers with so much energy. It was really refreshing and the owner showed me a new development at their depot that will ensure regular visits from me in future. Thanks Francois and the team. You made me feel right at home.
