Vodacom is trying to steal ~R5500 from me by using a “Draft Summons” to solicit money from me for account that was paid up and contract expired and cancelled and moved to pay as you go, and then ported to another network. I suggest everyone watch there backs with Vodacom. This is after I confirmed at the end of the contract that everything was clear, nothing due, and contract was terminated. Disgusting!! No one has made contact with me at all sin ce 3 February 2022, when the line and contract was terminated. They stopped taking payments from my account. My details have never changed! No communication etc has been made since termination and now this! ***!! Do I need to open a fraud case to get this addressed and for Vodacom to correct their … mistake?
<p>Over the last 2 days I have received the worst service and support ever from a service provider of any nature.</p> <p> </p> <p>Teh sales manager would not even try and understand the issue, even when it was explained the compititions offering works.</p> <p> </p> <p>Support is a complete joke, and it appear their attitude is that the customer is always wrong.</p>
