this is the second review I am writing on my terrible/frustrating experience with telkom . I took contract telkom mobile lte in March 2017. It never worked, there was always no signal, it just could not connect. I escalated the matter to telkom consultants who then advised on looking at the matter and reverting to me but in vain. I later went to the telkom outlet in April 2017, the gentleman who assisted me told me that this lte would never work where I leave as it is a grey area and he further suggested that I cancel the contract with telkom as he didn't understand why they would approve a contract knowing exactly that my area wouldn't pick up signal . I immediately contacted telkom requesting a cancelation, indeed the lady I spoke with told me thst its possible and she then sent me the cancellation letter which I filled them completely and submitted to telkom the lady acknowledged receipt and told me that she will foward to her supervisor and that I should hear from them soonest within a week, but that never happened. I continued phoning telkom they tossed and turned me from one consultant to the next without anyhelp, but they kept on deducting unfortunately . I again spoke with another consultant fortunately I have proof i kept all the correspondence with telkom, she put me through to her supervisor who asked me to email my concerns and a reason for cancellation I did that , and she promised me that the contract is now cancelled, but again it was never cos they kept on deducting from my account,. Every time I had an encounter with their consultant I had to start my story over and over and over though they kept on giving me reference for the call but the consultants seemed clueless of what the y doing. After numerous attempts to cancel this deal, I contacted my bank to stop and dispute telkom debit order, guess what, these stupid fraudulent scammers Keep changing the references every month to allow their debit order to go through .south africa pls don't go anywhere next to telkom they are big scammers, you will thank me later .
Telkom sa is a scam. I applied for a LTE mobile which was delivered to me on the 20 March 2018 when I received it never picked signal at all. I went to Cape Town on the 10th April to a telkom retail store and I reported the case. The gentleman looked in the system and explained that the area that I am staying in has no signal and the device was not supposed to be approved in the first place and he suggested that I should cancel the contract .I immediately contacted telkom and I spoke with Mbali Simelane who explained that i need to complete the cancellation form and it will be cancelled automatically which I did and emailed it through to her on the 20/04/2018 and I have evidence that it went through. To my suprise the deduction went through 2times the following month. I again called telkom and I spoke with silindile venacia magwaza on the 16/05/2018 she suggested the same thing that I needed to complete the cancellation form and it will automatically be cancelled and tha they will come and collect their device again I told her that I have already than that but she said it will go through. Again I completed the form and I emailed it on the 16/05/2018. On the 24/05/2018 I made a follow up to check whether I had been canceled . I Phoned telkom waited for about an hour or 2 as usual and I finally spoke with Masingita who confirmed that nothing has been cancelled from their side frustrated and angry I asked her how is that possible despite numerous calls and waiting so long to be transferred to the next available consultant and my money being deducted whilst I m not using their deviceand it went through but again it deducted the following month. Again she said I should email the cancellation form through to her she will take it to her supervisor cause she cant cancel it from her side. She then emailed me back and stated that she has sent it t o her boss and it's now cancelled. The following month June telkom deducted 6 times the agreed upon amount from my account. I went to the bank I reversed the amount and I tried calling them but couldn't go through as a result of long waiting times. Now telkom keep deducting everyday from my account despite numerous attempts to cancel their contract due to their poor service because as it was explained by the telkom agent ,they were not supposed to approve my contract in the first place based at my location instead they were greedy but approved it anyway. I would like that telkom cancel this mobile contract and provide me with my refund
<p>i bought a pair of sunglasses and 2 lipsticks from q bee shop also known as fashionreddy through their online shop on instagram. they promised that their delivery takes about 2-3 days.. i transferres R540 to them and they acknowledged receipt and requeasted that i send through my adress details which I did . that was on the 16 april 2017.. i kept on sending messages but they never responded and their phone is on voicemail still they not reaponding to messages.. i sent them direct messages on instagram they never reaponded still but they keep uploading new items for sale.. their fnb account is ********** 6983 and their no. is ********** . they are q bee shop on instagram</p>
