Vodacom what happened to the app not updating the balance correctly??? Infact there is a delay u check Ur balance and u think u r still good u go on and download then an hour later boom 10 messages at the same time and Ur data has depleted. Hayini guys that's not nice. Network is still best though compared to all other networks but can we have real balances in real time. U think u Gona save data and all of a sudden u have depleted it. It's not disappearing shame but when u keep downloading u think u still have because of the delay.. please fix that. ♥️♥️♥️♥️
I had the best experience in this spot.from the moment you walk in the staff is friendly,warm and welcoming. The food is thee best and i ddnt have to wait for ages to get my food. Old mutual I have been great but please update your systems.. I wanted to submit A claim but a claim that was paid last month sis blocking me it's already paid but on my app it still shows transaction in progress. I am unemployed and have pay for my kids books while m still looking for a job. Please help

I am a disappointed client. I placed an orders online 2 weeks ago and it was delivered at ur store in Bellville I then went to collect it on Wednesday the 23rd just before 5pm I was told that the system was offline I was a lil bit bummed but it's not the staffs fault so I left.. Saturday the 26 I checked trading hours on ur website and it had 9-5pm so at 1pm I left work and went to the store coz I needed the clothes for Saturday night *my son's school concert* and I ordered his takkies by u guys. So I get to bellville and the shop had just closed but there were still clients in the store so there was a lady at the door I asked her to speak to a manager and explain my situation i just needed my order or they could bring it to me at the door and I had my ID and the sms and I had been there Wed and they were offline and online trading hours were until 5pm lady at the door closed the door and looked at the cashier's side and looked at me and said no.. I think there were supposed to have been assisted considering the fact that I was there Wed and was not assisted and I did not want to shop I just needed order and it's not like they were walking out of the store and I asked them to reopen the store for me.. I was very disappointed and now m Abit to take a taxi and go back to Bellville for the 3rd time. If I hadn't been there before I would not have a problem. Please update ur trading hours.
Capitec bank service is theee best period! I was in EC recently in a Small Town called Tsomo. There is a lot of villages (More business for Y'all) in Tsomo with mostly elderly people who really really need the face to face service that the bank offers but getting it is a struggle, from the village I was in u take a bus to another small Town Nqamakwe u pay R19, and then u take a taxi to Butterworth and u pay R45 to get to a branch or from the village to Tsomo R45 from Tsomo to Cofimvaba is R40.00 and for someone who depends on the government grant that is way too much. This is just to say those that I have spoken with hope that there will be a branch soon in one of these Towns, people love ur bank and service but it's too far to reach.
I went to old mutual on the 20/01/2018 to give notice that i needed the money i have invested as i had an emergency i was told of the 15 working days wating period i have been waiting ever since i had to borrow money to sort out my problem and in Feb i went to the branch and i was told that money was released to muy old mutual acc but they can see that it bounced back and that they will investigate. They have been investigating ever since i have asked for a ref number i was told some dep will call and that is their everydae story its now end of March and there is still no feedback i am fed up now..Old mutual has no customer service and the service that i got from them is disgusting i just want my money so that i can pay the people i owe..i asked for mu old mutual acc statement they could not give that to me either u guys are fraudsters.
<p>I am very disappointed with multi choice i bought a decoder at phillipi plaza on 03/05/2017 and i was told that installation will be done within 24hrs i have been waiting ever since i calld them on friday and i was told someone is coming until today no one has come i have a decoder still on the box evrytime i call them its the same story someone is coming . I am going back there tomorrow to return the decoder and i want my money back. Your service stinks my house i only 10min away.</p>
