In July 2024 we started experiencing issues with our Solar upgrade contacted Gerard Swart numerous times and he never came out. In December 2024 the battery isolator box melted. We contact Gerard again as we were on our way to enjoy our holiday in Cape Town. He came out and provided a tax invoice for payment before he will do the repairs. Full payment was done. We returned from holiday end of December 2024 and no repairs was done. We were told that all the companies were closed, and he will assist in January 2025. After numerous calls, WhatsApp msg's follow up's we only received empty promises from Gerard. We ended up fixing our own system and asked Gerard for a refund. Well guess what.... it is now 6 February 2025, and no refund is done. Unreliable supplier with empty promises.
I have been a client of MTN all of my life, October 2024 I changed my debit order at the call center, and I have sent numerous emails to the banking and complaints department regarding the change. December 2024 my MTN service was cut, had to do a manual transfer, January 2025 my MTN service was cut yet again due to non-payment. Went to the MTN office in January 2025 and I was ensured that the change was done at all departments. On 5/02/2025 I receive a msg from MTN saying that if I don't pay the debit order they will cut my service. MTN this is now 4 months later, and my debit order is still lapsing due to the lack of service on your side. This is a disgrace.
