WELL DONE
I would like to give a huge shout out to Action Print, they were more than helpful. Yes, I was a bit impatient, but their work is extremely good. Well done team, I will definitely market your work!!!

Very poor service, if any!!
<p>My wife has been paying a premium on a hospital plan, since 2016 ( April). The wrong forms were sent to the specialist, the rep did not give her a form for upgrading to a better plan, and worst of all, the rep resigned without handing the case over to the manager. My wife has now been " hanging" without any feedback from the manager. He ignores our messages, promises to call back, to no avail. My wife is a very ill person, but it doesn't seem that Bestmed is serious about helping my wife.</p> <p>Hopefully there will be a change after this post???</p>
