Asked for cancelation and refund - my order is being taken hostage and no feedback has been given
Absolutely appalling experience with Action Print. After paying upfront, I waited an entire month for my business cards to be printed, only to be met with a string of excuses and complete radio silence. No communication, no updates, just empty promises. The lack of professionalism and reliability is staggering. To make matters worse, this delay cost me a major client, who canceled the job due to my inability to deliver. 50 potential cards per 200 agents would have been distributed if they had done their job. This was supposed to be a trial run, but it's been a complete disaster. I'm left to refund my client and face the embarrassment of explaining the situation. Needless to say, I'll never be using Action Print again for any printing needs. Zero stars, would not recommend. Bronwyn Altrd Applications

Poor service and shocking attitudes
If I could give minus stars, I would. I ordered 500 double sided flyers on 09/09. On the site they ask you to give a date for delivery. I chose 17/09. I fought all week to get my flyers to me which I will receive on 23/09. I provided my own artwork which was then sent back to me asking for approval. Their system doesn't work when I tried to approve it, also the email was in my spam folder. I did not receive a single phone call asking me to approve or why I havnt yet responded to them. When a phone call was made to complain about their service they asked me why I did not choose to have the flyers delivered to my husband, assuming that I have one! The fulers were to be added to the school report card to advertise a holiday program. I told them that if the flyers are not here in time that they will have no use.

Amazing Service from Action Print
I placed my order online with Action print at https://actionprint.co.za/ on 13 April and received my prints today (7 working days later) as promised! I am VERY satisfied with the amazing service I received. From ordering to approval of proofs to delivery, everything went smoothly, not to mention the FREE delivery! Amazing Service from Action Print

Action Print - No action at all
No communication from the company. Made numerous follow-up phone calls and was told every time we will be called back shortly. We never get a call back and have to phone back every time. In 2 weeks there was no communication or any progress on the order, that was paid for in advance. Please stay as far away from this company as you can. Very disorganized and bad service delivery.

I actually dont want to give them even 1 star!! VERY BAD experience with Action Print Pretoria!! I see so many bad reviews and i was stupid not to go and check review before paying them for a order i placed. BAD! Took my money and i did not get my order. Emails dont get responded to...are they even legid??? Got me worried now. NEVER AGAIN!! Please think nicely before putting yourselves through this stress!! Many Printing places that are good!!

very good prices but services is horrible. We ordered calendars for 2023, got the quotation paid the full amount promised a 5 to 10 business day for end product. Now going for 15 days not feedback. They are ignoring my emails and not taking my calls. Just want to warn you guys and spare you the frustration, not getting the service you deserve and not getting a product fully paid for.
