Asked for cancelation and refund - my order is being taken hostage and no feedback has been given
Absolutely appalling experience with Action Print. After paying upfront, I waited an entire month for my business cards to be printed, only to be met with a string of excuses and complete radio silence. No communication, no updates, just empty promises. The lack of professionalism and reliability is staggering. To make matters worse, this delay cost me a major client, who canceled the job due to my inability to deliver. 50 potential cards per 200 agents would have been distributed if they had done their job. This was supposed to be a trial run, but it's been a complete disaster. I'm left to refund my client and face the embarrassment of explaining the situation. Needless to say, I'll never be using Action Print again for any printing needs. Zero stars, would not recommend. Bronwyn Altrd Applications

Vox Telecom nightmare Fibre experience
I have only been with Vox for a month and honestly it has been the worst experience i have ever had with an ISP in my life. The fibre constantly has an issue and 3/5 days of the week there is always a problem and then no internet for a good 8 hours. I work from home and this has been an absolute nightmare. I would not recommend vox for fibre. They run through TT connect and both are as terrible as each other. Rather get LTE. atleast you will constantly have internet...
