Asked for cancelation and refund - my order is being taken hostage and no feedback has been given

Absolutely appalling experience with Action Print. After paying upfront, I waited an entire month for my business cards to be printed, only to be met with a string of excuses and complete radio silence. No communication, no updates, just empty promises. The lack of professionalism and reliability is staggering.

To make matters worse, this delay cost me a major client, who canceled the job due to my inability to deliver. 50 potential cards per 200 agents would have been distributed if they had done their job.

This was supposed to be a trial run, but it's been a complete disaster. I'm left to refund my client and face the embarrassment of explaining the situation.

Needless to say, I'll never be using Action Print again for any printing needs. Zero stars, would not recommend.
