Poor service and shocking attitudes

If I could give minus stars, I would. I ordered 500 double sided flyers on 09/09. On the site they ask you to give a date for delivery. I chose 17/09. I fought all week to get my flyers to me which I will receive on 23/09. I provided my own artwork which was then sent back to me asking for approval. Their system doesn't work when I tried to approve it, also the email was in my spam folder. I did not receive a single phone call asking me to approve or why I havnt yet responded to them. When a phone call was made to complain about their service they asked me why I did not choose to have the flyers delivered to my husband, assuming that I have one! The fulers were to be added to the school report card to advertise a holiday program. I told them that if the flyers are not here in time that they will have no use.
