Unfortunately there is no option to give 0. - No customer service, no responses to any of the queries I have sent. - The tracking website (if you can call it that) was created by someone that didn't even bother to use Google on how to make a website. - It looks like a one-man operation that only got into the business to become part of the Shein and Temu delivery group. - My order was with them on 1 December, the tracking website just shows tax paid and South Africa to South Africa. My only thought is that this is a person with a bakkie that can only load 20 things at a time and driving between airports and then dropping things at his house where another person is trying to sort it pack it and then drives around for 2 days delivering 20 items and then going back home. This is not a oiled machine, this is not a machine at all, the only thing that makes them look like a transport company is the name, and they probable asked ChatGPT to give them an idea for a name. I hope that after this dismal performance Temu/Shein realises that they were ****med by someone proclaiming they are a courier company and releases them from service. They don't even have an email address, or phone number, just a what's app line. So, they will be completely ******** about all these complaints.
No communication from the company. Made numerous follow-up phone calls and was told every time we will be called back shortly. We never get a call back and have to phone back every time. In 2 weeks there was no communication or any progress on the order, that was paid for in advance. Please stay as far away from this company as you can. Very disorganized and bad service delivery.
Clearance Warehouse will give you the worst service, they won't answer their phones, the customer care email address is just there to make one feel there is customer service. Which there is none of. They don't even make the effort of replying to emails, that is if they even read it. On top of that be careful of your money, they are supposed to refund me and this was more than 2 months ago but the money mysteriously disappeared, and when I finally received a call after posting on hellopeter they said they will investigate it and get back to me that same day, they never did and am now trying to avoid the fact that they lost the money.
Worst service I have ever come across. I also returned my goods due to the bad quality of it. Upon collection I was shown a proof of payment but it must have been reversed because I have still not received the funds. When trying to call customer support there is just no answer. I have sent numerous emails but to do not receive any communications back. Please stay away from them as far as possible.
Absolute horrible service. I have sent numerous emails to Eldrid Daniels and he just does not respond. He gave me a solution to test but this did not work and am now trying to get across to them to assist with the issue. But no replies what so ever. Please do not use 1-grid as a service provider.
I have been told I must give notice on the 1st of July for my contract to be cancelled otherwise it would be extended. Today I spoke to 4 support desk agents who all 4 promised that I am being put through to the cancellations department. But each time I am transferred I immediately get cut off. The last agent gave me the number 084 143 to call to get to the cancellations department. I called it 33 times and the response to the number varied from: invalid number, the number you have dialed does not exist, the person you are trying to call is not available at the moment. It seems we are deliberately being stopped from cancelling our contracts so that they automatically renew for another 2 years.
My mother passed away December 2017 and unfortunately her death certificate showed that she was still married even though my father has been dead for 15 years. We handed in the death certificate to be amended. When I first handed it in I was told to call in 2 weeks. I did so and was told, no it takes 4 weeks. We are now in November 2018 and nothing has been done as yet. When contacting home affairs we are just told that the request is being processed. I have been emailing them once a week since we handed in the documents. They even opened a case for me 6 months ago but still nothing is being done. This is disgraceful. Something that should take 4 weeks is going on a year now.
I am trying to change my mothers, who has passed away, marriage certificate from Married to Widow/Single. When submitting it on the 24th of April at Centurion home affairs I was told to call in a month. When calling in a month I was told it takes two months. After two months I was told it would be escalated and I should call in a week. I did so and I was told yet again it will be escalated and I should call in a week. Today, two and a half months later, I was told yet again it will be escalated and I should call in a week. I know of people getting it changed in the two months but it seems the fact that the person is dead makes them less important and can be delayed. No respect or feeling of urgency to just do your job. This is not a special request. It is a request to please provide the assistance for which you have been appointed and am getting paid for with my tax money. One is made to feel that you should please apologies for giving them work to do. How dare you request this. At the Centurion office one is treated like a criminal and a burden and once you have finally been able to submit your request they couldn't care less if it's done in time.
I started contacting Telkom January 2015. Finally got an order through for a 4MB line. Unfortunately had to reschedule date. Rescheduled, scheduled day came and went. Contacted them again. They had no details on my order number and said it doesn't exist. Out of the blue a tech showed up and installed a modem with only 2MB capability. requested them to put it in the wholesale pool so that another company can manage it. 3 Months have passed since this request that should have taken 24hours. When I contacted them again they said I have no contract with Telkom. 9 October I received an SMS stating I owe them R1186.69 and 27 October one that stated I owe them R1691.61 . Funny seeing that I don't have a contract. I did not even receive an invoice via email. So now I am paying the other company for a service that I cant get because my line is cut off. And have no idea where these amounts come from. So had Internet for a month, paid the other company, owe Telkom I don't know what and FOR what and am back at square 1 with no internet. <br> <br> They have all these amazing, and I believe expensive adds, running non stop but cant deliver on what they advertise. Hopeless and useless.
