<p>On Tuesday the 2nd of May, I had this company come to my home to reset my DSTV PVR. Upon completion of the job, they insisted on cash in the hand and I ended up driving to the nearest Autobank with them in tow. On Tuesday afternoon, I switched on my TV; only to discover my PVR was not working. I called them immediately and explained that a message was coming up on screen to call DSTV. They told me to do this, which I questioned because I had employed them to sort this problem out. The man assured me that if DSTV could not sort out the problem, they (ALL IN ONE) would return in the morning. The reason I have gone into such depth of detail is for the understanding that these men had already been paid to do a job and that I approached them on Wednesday morning with this in mind. On Wednesday morning I called them and told them that DSTV had advised me that my PVR had been set as my secondary decoder and my extra view had been set as my primary decoder and it was for this reason that my PVR was not working. I asked them to come and correct this mistake. They told me that I had changed the settings. My response was that if I was capable of changing the settings, why would I have called them in the first place??? At this point, the man told me to "Shaddup Lady". In the moment of shocked silence that followed he said "Fu6k You Lady" and his side-kick called out "Yes, Fu6k You, Lady". They then proceeded to discuss me and how I really needed to get ********** I hung up. This is a small valley we live in and this is a local company. I have always believed in supporting local business. I am questioning this now.</p>
