Attempted to have 6 stickers made from templates that included clear, concise instructions. Due to poor communication, incompetence and lies involving the fact that they state they received no instructions - we never got the stickers. Utterly useless, blaming us for the fact that they did not read the email with instructions and playing my fiancé and I up against one another in an attempt to cover their tracks. Do not use this company, their "service" is disgusting.

I contacted this company to install a TV link (eye). Ward Engelbrecht, the owner, assessed my DSTV setup and recommended a system that would cost me about R2100.00 to upgrade, which in turn would allow a TV link installation. Within days of this work ( and having paid in full) the new decoder gave repeated error notifications. I contacted Mr. Engelbrecht who told me it was not his problem, and that I should contact Multichoice. After numerous frustrating (and idiotic) calls to the Multichoice centre I eventually took the decoder to Multichoice. Having stood in a queue for 40 minutes, Multichoice informed me that the decoder was unsuitable for my requirements which is contrary to what All in one Install had initially told me. Willing to forgive Mr. Engelbrecht for his mistake, I simply asked if he would return to re-install my original system. Despite numerous calls/messages he never arrived. After loads more Multichoice frustration, I managed to re-instate the original DSTV system myself. Furthermore, All in one Install, will not or can not furnish me with any form of invoice for this work. This is at best unethical and probably illegal.

Filthy potty mouth owner(s) and collegue, could not follow basic service request and unable to use grey matter as to decide which ought to be the primary or secondary decoder. Once challenged on Facebook, or by phone, dishonest explanations and they choose to block all complaints & reviews and not apologize or remedy them. A good two man cowboy show....err circus

On Tuesday the 2nd of May, I had this company come to my home to reset my DSTV PVR. Upon completion of the job, they insisted on cash in the hand and I ended up driving to the nearest Autobank with them in tow. On Tuesday afternoon, I switched on my TV; only to discover my PVR was not working. I called them immediately and explained that a message was coming up on screen to call DSTV. They told me to do this, which I questioned because I had employed them to sort this problem out. The man assured me that if DSTV could not sort out the problem, they (ALL IN ONE) would return in the morning. The reason I have gone into such depth of detail is for the understanding that these men had already been paid to do a job and that I approached them on Wednesday morning with this in mind. On Wednesday morning I called them and told them that DSTV had advised me that my PVR had been set as my secondary decoder and my extra view had been set as my primary decoder and it was for this reason that my PVR was not working. I asked them to come and correct this mistake. They told me that I had changed the settings. My response was that if I was capable of changing the settings, why would I have called them in the first place??? At this point, the man told me to "Shaddup Lady". In the moment of shocked silence that followed he said "Fu6k You Lady" and his side-kick called out "Yes, Fu6k You, Lady". They then proceeded to discuss me and how I really needed to get ********** I hung up. This is a small valley we live in and this is a local company. I have always believed in supporting local business. I am questioning this now.

Ward and his man originally suggested I put the dish in a certain spot attached to the wall to ensure proper installation. I didn't like where it was to go so he installed it where I wanted. After a year of him having to come out every month to adjust (at my expense), I decided to have him move it to where he originally suggested. That was last Friday, and on Sunday, with the first wind, the entire dish broke from its mounts. (2 days after the installation, which I paid for). He said he would come out Monday, he didn't, Then Tues, he didn't, then Wed and he did, but just measured the distance from the wall to the roof overhand 150mm). They he said he would come back Thursday to intall it against some wood. He came back Thursday, no wood but was going to install it directly to the wall. The clamps he was going to use though were very flimsy, and he knew (after being here at least 12 times to adjust because of wind) that those clamps would break at the first wind. So we came up with a different plan. The electricity went out anyway so he left and I bought the parts needed. He came back on Friday and said I would have to pay for labour. I said the installation was only 2 days old when it broke and he knew the high winds here so it was a bad installation. (he used a standard tripod mount which broke in 2 places. ) I said it was unreasonable of him to expect me to pay for the installation 1) because this was less than a week ago that the original was done, and 2) I bought most of the parts. He refused and left.
