Good day, I am truly upset with FNB services received!!! I was at FNB White River branch today to go and close my account yet this was unsuccessful. When I got to FNB I spoke to the lady that was issuing the tickets, I explained to her that I need to deposit money into my account as it was in a negative amount. She asked me to do the deposit at the ATM of where I asked her that there was coins as well and she informed to go to the tellers. She also issued me with the below ticket to go to a counter afterwards to close my account. image.png I was standing at the tellers for almost an hour of where I was helped and yet there was only 4x people in front of me. This I understand and am not complaining about the service at all. Thereafter I went to sit down until my ticket was called. After being called I went to the lady whom assisted me and she explained that she cannot close my account as the deposit at the tellers had a fee and that I need to pay an additional fee of R140.00 something. The two ladies who ended up assisting me was very helpful and reversed my cash deposit from the teller as well as the charges for that however I could still not close my account as they explained that there are service fees that's generated when trying to close my account and that is an additional R97.00. As per the attached when I go onto my online banking this amount is not reflecting at all so how was I supposed to know that this charge even existed?? Why is the FNB systems not updated at all times?? So now I have wasted over an hour of my time not getting the service I am supposed to get from FNB and this is one of the reasons I want to close my account. I want to know how this issue will be resolved and when as I will only be paying the R224.00 outstanding that is in a negative balance on my account and showing on the attached? <p>I heard about RCH Legal as being one of the best companies to assist you by clearing a judgement off your name etc.</p> <p>I contacted them and they have been so helpfull till after payment was done to them.</p> <p>I have to keep on contacting them if i am lucky that they will answer. Each time they do answer the advise that they will get back to you yet they never do. </p> <p>I have asked for an explaination from them as this has been dragging on for almost two years.</p> <p>I think this is very bad from a company that promises to assist you and then just ignores you.</p> <p>If you cannot assist then advise so or refund my money so i can find a company that can assist me but a company that just takes your money and do not stay in contact with their clients are poor!!!</p> <p> </p>
